Martin Tisdell

Exercise Physiologist

Grew up in Sawtell on the North Coast of NSW. Martin is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a broad range of experience. Specializing clinically in complex neurological rehabilitation on the Gold Coast at Making Strides. After moving to Newcastle in late 2020, Martin has been working as a rehabilitation consultant in the workers compensation scheme. A running junkie and lifelong surfer. When not at work you will find Martin training for his next ultramarathon in Glenrock or the Watagans or in the ocean. Martin loves to think outside the box with a core focus on finding the best possible outcomes for all clients.
